As president of the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, Ms. Davis is responsible for the firm's philanthropic activities globally. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held a wide range of responsibilities in both line and staff functions, including Senior Vice President & Director of Recruiting, Training & Development for Chase Manhattan's Global Banking organization, Latin America Human Resources Executive, and Vice President National Sales Manager, Private Banking. The combination of her academic training and corporate experience has provided her with a unique set of skills that have enabled her to assume a diverse career.

Ms. Davis holds a degree in Economics/Finance from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also completed ARC International's Advanced Leadership Program and the Aspen Institute Executive Program.

She is co-founder of Springboard, Partners in Cross-Cultural Leadership, a leadership education and consulting company committed to building strong women (and other diverse) leaders. She was active in developing, designing and implementing a national leadership center in collaboration with Spelman College. Known as Spelman LEADS, the center focuses on unique leadership issues for Women of Color.

Ms. Davis serves on the advisory boards of the University of Virginia/Darden Business School, the London Business School, and is a trustee of the Kenan Institute at the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Jack and Jill of America, and The Links, Inc.

Carlos Hernandez is head of the Investment Bank's Global Equities business and a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Corporate Diversity Council.

Most recently, Mr. Hernandez managed the firm's Capital Markets, Origination and Distribution business for the Americas. Prior to that, he managed the Institutional Equities business in the Americas and was previously the head of Global Equity Capital Markets. Before joining the Equities division, he was JPMorgan's regional executive for Latin America.

Since joining JPMorgan in 1986, Mr. Hernandez has worked on a wide array of advisory and financing transactions, across various product groups and regions, representing privately held and multinational companies and governments.

In 2004, Mr. Hernandez was named one of the 100 most influential Hispanics in the Spanish by Hispanic Business magazine. He serves on the board of directors of Inroads, a non-profit organization that places talented minority youth in business and industry and help prepare them for corporate and community leadership. He also serves on the board of the Securities Industries Association.

Carlos Hernandez holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business from the State University of New York.

Phyllis Campbell serves on the Executive Committee of JP Morgan Chase and is the firm's senior executive in Washington, Oregon and Idaho across businesses, and represents the firm at the most senior levels to clients.

Previously she headed Seattle's largest charitable foundation with more than $600 million in assets. For several years before that, she served as President and CEO of US Bank in Washington.

She currently chairs the board of trustees of Seattle University and serves on the boards of Alaska Air Group and Nordstrom. Among her awards and honors, she received the Woman Who Makes A Difference Award from the International Women's Forum and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Washington State University.

Ms. Campbell devotes considerable time and expertise to civic activities, with a focus on education and human services issues. She actively supports the Asian American community and takes pride in mentoring others, notably young women and people of color.

Phyllis Campbell holds an MBA from the University of Washington's Executive MBA Program, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and Stanford University's Executive Management Program.

Rebeca Vargas oversees Chase's multicultural marketing efforts across all consumer businesses, with special focus on expanding Chase's brand positioning within the Hispanic market.

Her award-winning advertising campaigns have brought national attention to Chase's Spanish-language website: www.CHASE /espanol. She and her team developed an end-to-end service experience for the bank's Spanish-speaking customers—from account opening forms to statements to account services.

Hispanic Business Magazine identified Ms. Vargas as one of 10 influential Hispanics to watch, and she was named Marketer of the Year by Marketing y Medios magazine.

A popular speaker, Ms. Vargas has addressed the American Bankers Association Conference, the Wharton Latin American Conference and the Direct Marketing Association. She has also appeared on Univision, Telemundo, CNN en Espanol, Newsweek, CNN and Bloomberg as a content expert on multicultural marketing.

Rebeca Vargas holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BA in Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico.

Alice Wang manages the Cross Asset Class Structuring and Origination team for J.P. Morgan in North America, as well as the team globally responsible for all Counterparty and Client Structural Risk for the Rates, Public Finance, Securitized Products, and Foreign Exchange flow derivatives products.

Ms. Wang was a member of the firm's first Corporate Diversity Task Force more than 17 years ago. Later she helped to establish the firm's first networking group for Asians – a group that now has 13 chapters across the U.S and in the U.K. More recently, Alice and a colleague started a group now known as the IB Women's Network to meet the firm's needs to attract, retain and develop talented women for key roles in the Investment Bank. She is also a senior advisor to the newly formed Junior Women in Markets.

Dedicated to building a diverse pipeline of talent for J.P. Morgan, Ms. Wang is actively involved in campus recruiting.

As part of her efforts to help women in finance to advance, she is an active member of High Water Women, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, the Women's Economic Roundtable and the Economic Club of NY.

Alice Wang is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University.

Neil Wilcox is the General Counsel for the Chief Administrative Office, reporting to Stephen Cutler and Frank Bisignano.

Neil joined the firm in 1997 to provide global legal support for our insurance practice. In August of 2003, Neil became the General Counsel of the Texas Legal department with oversight across all lines of businesses and our corporate areas. Neil briefly left JP Morgan Chase in April 2005 to become the Senior Compliance Counsel for Marsh & McLennan. Neil returned to JP Morgan Chase in 2007 to provide support for our global compliance team. Prior to 1997, Neil was an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York.

Neil Wilcox received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and his undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, N.C.
